Folkestone Harbour ward campaigners Emily Sanger and Cllr Tessa Caruana are working to tackle local eyesores and litter problems.
Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

Wolverhampton Liberal Democrats have welcomed the news the that the Wolverhampton to Walsall rail service will be fully restored from 12 June. Colin Ross, Wolverhampton South West Candidate and regular service user said "I am delighted that the service will be fully restored, but am concerned that the Strategic Rail Authority are still planning the scrap the service anyway."
This evening a number of Wolverhampton Liberal Democrats attended the Re:Building Wolverhampton presentation at the Lighthouse. The presentation looked at the future development of Wolverhampton City Centre.
Wolverhampton South West Conservatives have been thrown into turmoil by the resignation of senior Tettenhall Councillor Joan Stevenson as Chair following their disastrous General Election result. The Conservatives not only failed to win the seat - one of their top targets nationally but polled almost 1,000 less votes than in 2001 and their share of the vote declined by 2.2%
Two wards at Folkestone Royal Victoria Hospital are to close, health bosses have confirmed. The closure was opposed strongly by the Liberal Democrats. Many local people are upset that despite words of support for the wards by Michael Howard during the recent election campaign, the wards have still been closed following his re-election.
COFFEE shop Costa Coffee's retrospective application for a licence to sell food and drink at its Epping premises has been endorsed by the town council.
