Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

A venue in Shropshire has become the first village hall to be granted a licence to offer same-sex civil partnership ceremonies.
Ted Heath, former prime minister and Conservative leader passed away aged 89. Parliamentary business was suspended after tributes had been paid by political allies and opponents alike.
Commenting on the Chancellor's statement to change the definition of the economic cycle, Liberal Democrat Shadow Chancellor Vince Cable MP has said "This makes a mockery of the Golden Rule and shows again the need for independent scrutiny of fiscal policy. For too long the Chancellor has been setting his own tests and then taking credit for having passed. He should admit he has made a mistake this time."
