Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.

Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.

Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.

He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

This afternoon Colin Ross, Liberal Democrat candidate fro Wolverhampton South West visited Highfields School in Penn and met with the Politics students. The school had asked Colin to attend and answer the students questions.

"Labour pledge smashed with 30 Million cars on the road!" - Robinson

West Chelmsford Lib Dem candidate Stephen Robinson has highlighted a report from the Society of Motor Manufacturers that the number of cars on British roads has broken through the 30 million mark. He said, "There are 4.3 million more cars than when Labour came to power in 1997 despite a pledge to reduce people's dependence on private motoring."
