Gloucester ranked the worst funded council in England after a decade of cuts
Between 2015 to 2016 and 2025 to 2026, Gloucester has seen a 3.9% cash reduction in Core Spending Power, the Government’s own measure of council funding
Councillor Caroline Courtney and Richard Price are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Richard Price was born in Gloucester and has lived in the city all his life. He grew up in Barton & Tredworth and Saintbridge and attended St Peter’s High School.
He is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Tuffley & Moreland at the county council elections in May.
