GDP: Chancellor's Budget led to pitiful growth
Responding to the latest GDP figures that showed 0.1% growth, Liberal Democrat Treasury spokesperson Daisy Cooper MP said:
Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

South Gloucestershire moved one step closer to ending the nightmare of speculative development taking place across the district by approving the Local Plan at its Full Council on 12th Feb in order to move on to the next stage.
Labour and Conservatives seem mesmerised by the threat of Reform! and terrified of upsetting the USA. My only hope is, that when the President threatens sanctions, Mr Starmer stands up to him.
