Will it ever be fixed?

Will the damaged and noisy manhole covers on Cheltenham Road - near the university - be fixed? That is the question the Lib Dems are asking.
Ian Williams said: "We've reported them to the city council, county council and Severn Trent for repair. We know other local residents have too. This has been going on for months and it needs sorting out."
