Elmbridge councillor elected Sheriff of Gloucester

Elmbridge councillor Howard Hyman has been elected Sheriff and Deputy Mayor of Gloucester.
Joanne Brown, Liberal Democrat councillor for Barnwood, was elected Mayor of Gloucester.
Howard said: "I am delighted to be able to serve the people of Gloucester as Sheriff and Deputy Mayor. But I will still work hard for the residents of Elmbridge."
The position lasts for a year.
