Complaints about local roads are on the increase

20 Jun 2018

The Conservatives have been in charge at Shire Hall for thirteen years. In that time, we have seen the county's roads deteriorate with potholes appearing all over Gloucestershire. The local minor works budget has just been slashed by 31%.
"Despite what everyone can see with their own eyes the Conservatives are still in denial about the state of our roads and footways," says County Councillor David Brown. "Liberal Democrat councillors have been challenging the Conservative administration to do better.
Locally, I am calling for the roads in our area to get their fair share of budget spent on repairs."
David would like local residents to report potholes or worn out footways to him so that he can challenge the county council to fix them.
