Congleton borough council is struggling to bring about energy efficiency
Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

Central Ward Councillor - Khalid Mahmood is calling on Rochdale Council to "get its house in order" following dozens of complaints about the new "temporary" traffic lights on the junction of Drake Street and Water Street. Speaking at last week's Council Meeting - Cllr. Mahmood told of his frustration after his Central Ward Colleagues were not invited to contribute to the debate on this road closure.
