Good news for Tenants Associations
Every tenant in Leicester could benefit from a Tenants Association under plans announced by the Lib Dems. The Lib Dems are providing enough money to fund 30-40 new tenants associations.

Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

Tory plans to extend Lincoln home
Permission was expected to be granted for the Conservative candidate in the Leicester South byelection to extend his home at a meeting of Lincoln City Council's Development Control Committee this week.

Support for community groups
