From the Leader - REASONS TO BE CHEERFUL
As the local elections draw near, it is a good time to reflect on some of the good things that the council has achieved over the last two years under Lib Dem leadership.
Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

Horley has excellent transport links, making it easy to get to Gatwick Airport and London. However, this has been recognised by commuters and holiday makers who have taken advantage of residential roads that do not have parking restrictions.
