Local Family Receive Mayor's Community Award
Watford Mayor, Peter Taylor, has presented a local family with a special community award for raising money for the Watford Foodbank.
Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

This afternoon, Conservative MPs have voted in favour of weakening the water regulator’s ability to take enforcement action on water companies.
Responding to reports that Michael Gove can no longer guarantee no-fault evictions will be banned before the General Election, Liberal Democrat Housing Spokesperson Helen Morgan MP said:
