Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

Liberal Democrat MP Richard Foord has warned that Devon is on the verge of becoming a ‘childcare desert’ as new research reveals the number of childcare providers in Devon has fallen by almost a quarter since 2019, resulting in 1,254 fewer placements.
The Conservatives lost 17 Havant Borough Council seats on 2nd May, which means that they lost control of the council for the first time since 2002.
The residents of Havant Borough elected seven Liberal Democrats on May 2nd.
Liam McArthur, MSP for Orkney, has repeated his support for Mental Health Awareness Week as the campaign encourages people to get more active to support their mental health.
