Councillor Caroline Courtney and Joshua Hanley are part of the Liberal Democrat team for Tuffley.
Caroline, who lives on Stroud Road near to St Barnabas Church, was first elected to the city council in May 2021. She is the cabinet member for culture and leisure.
Joshua Hanley grew up in Tuffley, went to local schools and is now raising his family here.
He is a sports coach and has helped run local football teams.

Rebecca, the Liberal Democrat candidate in the Hillrise council by-election on 2 May, is a keen cyclist who has cycled to work in London for many years. She supports active travel policies that make it easier for people to walk or cycle around London.
Health charity worker Rebecca is originally from Yorkshire, but has lived in Islington since 2009. She lives with her partner and young son on a City of London corporation estate where they are leaseholders.
